Forecast path as of 11/8/09 @ 10pm CST

Okay, so it isn’t cool to make fun of a hurricane since few of them have a sense of humor…at least this one because it appears that Ida didn’t like my post and wants to stop by and “discuss” the matter further.

As of this writing, Pensacola is forecast to be the center of landfall for Ida which should come across as at least a Level 1 storm with sustained winds of 75mph.

I will keep folks posted via Twitter as long as I can (@carlhernz), but posts to the blog will be suspended until further notice.
